Garrett provided excellent guidance through the land purchase and several home builders . We are close to signing a contract with the one that we have chosen. He worked with us for months, assisting our department while we got a Jacksonville FL residential asset rehabbed and ready for the market. He regularly made visits to report back to us on progress or problems. He provided an extremely helpful video walkthrough, a spot-on CMA, and plenty of pictures while we oversaw the rehab from a different state.
